This mission can be obtained in the city of Esperanza in the Hideout Mercurio Mecanico where the artist, Zenia Zayas says that her father's dying wish was to deface the 12 Gabriel statues that he sculpted for Castillo. Near a roadblock, with a billboard of Castillo behind it. Right in front of a big, walled house. At the end of another blocked road.

You guys are kidding right, There's a giant red circle that shows an anti- aircraft gun in middle of both which allows you to permanently destroy both. just destroy both and you can then unlock the helicopter in this area by hijacking then delivering to a pickup.
